My Balanced Life brings health and wellness resources directly to you. 

The idea for my balanced life was sparked in 2012 while Katie was still working as a corporate auditor for one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

Katie attempted to balance the increasing demands of life as a young professional with the evolving needs of her own mind and body. The challenge was finding time outside of work to prioritize the things necessary to find balance, such as exercise, mindfulness, cooking nutritious meals, getting adequate rest, and receiving therapeutic care.

In order to find balance in her own life, Katie opted for early retirement and returned to school to learn more about health and wellness. Upon graduating as a Registered Acupuncturist, Katie started working at a prominent downtown clinic. It quickly became apparent that the same challenge Katie faced years before still existed for many of her clients; people were struggling to find time for treatments or follow the lifestyle recommendations required to achieve balance in their lives.

My Balanced Life was created in order to eliminate this challenge and bring health and wellness resources directly to people. By making information and therapeutic treatments available to employees at their place of work, employees are able to prioritize their health and wellness in the most efficient and effective way and have more time for demands from both in and outside the office walls.
